What this website collects

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, user accounts, or an online contact database. When you submit the enquiry form, the details are sent securely to Admin Relay by its transactional email provider. The website does not add the enquiry to a separate website database.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and may process limited technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. This information is used to serve the website, detect malicious or automated traffic, and maintain security.

Essential security cookie

Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie named __cf_bm when its bot-protection service is active. It helps distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic, expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, and is not used by Admin Relay for advertising or website analytics. Cloudflare generates a separate cookie for each protected website and states that it does not identify a user in the website's application or track them from site to site.

Online enquiries and email

If you contact Admin Relay, your message may include your name, company, work email, phone number, service needed, and a description of what you want to improve. Resend processes the form submission to deliver an enquiry email to Admin Relay and a confirmation email to your work address. The information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess fit, prepare a proposal, and manage any work you approve.

The form also uses a hidden field, submission timing, a unique submission identifier, and basic request information to reduce automated spam and duplicate emails. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in the form.

Client systems and data

Access to client systems is requested only after scope, ownership, security requirements, and approval are confirmed. Credentials should be shared through an approved password manager or delegated access method, not ordinary email or chat.

Sharing and retention

Contact and client information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers needed to deliver the website and work, including Cloudflare and providers of email, documents, automation, hosting, accounting, and support platforms. Some providers may process information outside Australia under their privacy and service terms. Project records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, engagement, legal, billing, and support duties.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where there is no legal or contractual reason to keep it.
